"I started on the ABF Supply Chain Graduate Scheme, based at AB World Foods in the UK and then became a Project Manager in their CAPEX department. After 5 yrs developing my project management and leadership skills, PGP offered me the opportunity to gain international experience, expand my knowledge and apply my skills to a business with different production processes. I love the freedom I get to think creatively, exploring improvements and solving problems with the team. I feel valued as part of the PGP team: there’s a real family feel; the culture is inclusive and supportive; and there are always fun office events going on."
